Our office is operating remotely. Our office is affected by a locally mandated shelter in place order. We continue to be available by phone and email, 9 am - 5 pm CST, and strive to deliver services with as little interruption as possible.
ICMAD is committed to continuing our certificate services through this difficult time.  Our office is operating remotely and we are processing shipments.  
As certificates are completed, they will continue to be shipped to the contact on the application unless otherwise notified.  Please call our office if you would like to change return addresses now that many are working remotely or if you need us to hold your certificates to ship at a later date.  
New applications are being accepted and processed where government services are still available.  However, please expect delays.
